The Pivot Architect is a book and methodology created by Irene Murillo and Cecile Umaña. This website is operated by the authors. For any question about this policy or about your data, write to info@pivotarchitect.com.

We only collect what you choose to give us. When you complete the contact form, we store your first and last name, your email address, your organization if you provide one, the kind of support you are interested in, and the message you write.

We also collect basic, aggregated technical information about how the site is used — pages visited, approximate region, browser type — which does not identify you personally.

Your data is used exclusively to reply to your enquiry, to send you information you have asked for, and to keep a record of our conversation. We do not use it for automated profiling.

We process your data on the basis of your consent, given when you submit the contact form, and on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our work.

Only the authors read your enquiries. We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing. Your data is stored with our hosting and database providers, who process it on our behalf under contract and with appropriate security measures.

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to answer them and to maintain a record of any professional relationship that follows. If no relationship follows, we delete the enquiry within two years.

You can ask us at any time to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, or to withdraw your consent. Write to info@pivotarchitect.com and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
